This project consists of Chemical Storage and Feed, Valve Automation, Electrical and SCADA improvements at the City’s Water Treatment Plant.  The project is funded under the Texas Water Development Board Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (TWDB DWSRF) and is subject to all TWDB requirements including the Davis-Bacon Wage Act and American Iron and Steel Requirements.
