We have been maintaining water levels. The repaired pump has arrived and should be installed today.

City of Cameron – Urgent Water Conservation Notice

Due to a major equipment failure involving a critical pump, the City of Cameron is implementing its Drought Contingency Plan effective immediately.

Residents are asked to reduce all non-essential and excessive water use at once. Repairs are underway, but it will take several days for the system to fully recover.

If water usage is not significantly curtailed during this time, the City risks running out of available water.

Your immediate cooperation is essential to ensure continued water service for all customers. Updates will be provided as repairs progress.
